At Aberdeenshire Highland Cattle we are dedicated to giving our customers what they want and can bespoke beef orders to what our customers request. We welcome Chefs to come and visit the butchery and view and smell the quality of our beef carcases for themselves. We wish to offer the chefs the complete farm experience of viewing the cattle and learning about the health and welfare of the cattle as they are reared.
We can supply most requests, including whole carcasses, primals, standard cuts, including bespoke chef portion sizes and cuts, sausage and burger recipes.

Delivery is bespoke and is arranged to suit every order as required by the customer. Our beef can be supplied fresh or frozen and delivered by courier service or in person by Grace.
